Barton Springs Realty LLC is a family owned and operated central Texas real estate brokerage firm.
The designated broker for the company, Bradley Fleet, has held his Texas Real Estate Broker's license and has been a member of the Austin Board of Realtors since 1988 and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. He also owns and operates Signature Homes, an award winning custom homebuilding firm based in Austin.

Nathan Fleet is a native Austinite and attended Texas Tech University where he graduated with a degree in Finance Concentrated in Real Estate. He has been a licensed Realtor since 2018, and takes pride in representing central Texas clients in both buying and selling homes. In addition to being a real estate agent, Nathan is an experienced project manager in both residential and commercial construction and development. His experience includes the preconstruction and management of over $20 million of new and renovated residential homes and over $100 million worth of commercial office and healthcare.
